Your company with a new vibration

We must understand companies as engines of well-being. Within them, the concept of profitability must be expanded to include peace and happiness along with economic gains in the output of economic activity.

Over the years, companies have been incorporating social initiatives to generate a positive impact on their environment, as well as "light" workdays, active breaks, and other initiatives. However, it is time to take the next natural step, which is to include in the work of for-profit organizations that their commercial activity has a direct positive impact on the well-being of all of society, beyond the well-being provided by the consumption or supply of goods and services produced as part of the business, and the economic well-being resulting from operating profits and current payments and compensations.

A for-profit company should not have to give up its profit motive or become a "B Corp" for its activity to generate a positive well-being balance for all the stakeholders it involves, in its social environment, and in the planet's ecological balance.

Elevating companies to a much higher vibration can be achieved in many ways; for example, by examining the company's purpose and values, daily operations and internal processes, interaction with the various stakeholders and beneficiaries of the business, and even in the final product and everything it entails.

To raise the level of consciousness of a company, a review of the aforementioned aspects must be carried out to include the principles of "compassion" and "benevolence" through small changes.

Can you imagine a work environment where KPIs are not sacrificed and the atmosphere is compassionate and benevolent?

Another important aspect is the impact that their work has on employees. It's no secret that today employees question whether they are in resonance with their work and with the company's values. Let's be honest, today we all want a better world and would like our efforts in any field to contribute to the well-being of all humanity and Mother Earth, starting with our own well-being and that of our families. Taking responsibility for this will make a big difference in the long-term life of companies themselves.

I want to invite the reader now to shift the discourse; perhaps many do not know that biology contributes a lot to the organizational models we have in society. We must learn from biology that people who have compassionate and benevolent thoughts live longer and generally have fewer illnesses; the same will be a direct consequence of including these principles in companies, as they will be adapting to the new planetary vibration. And yes, everything of low vibration must disappear to make way for new energies; we can quote Darwin "adapt or die".
