What does it consist of?

When we are born, karma is copied from our Akashic Records to the multidimensional grids of the planet and to our multidimensional energy structure, particularly to our chakras.

In recent years, the vibration of the planet has increased, and many karma debts have lost validity because they are of very low vibration; in that process, all of humanity has been forgiven past life debt.

In general, we have all released karma, usually through suffering, although there are also other methods taught by spiritual traditions. I myself, for about 10 years with daily practices, managed to release small proportions of karma that seemed reasonable to me.
